Our territory.

The Region of Marche and in particular the “Maceratesi” hills are famous for their sweet curves descending towards the Adriatic. This area has been chosen to obtain wines with delicate aroma and savory taste. In a splendid geographical position equidistant from the central Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini Mountains we can find the vineyards of the Azienda Agricola Villa Lazzarini. The company is in fact situated in the town of Macerata Cimarella, halfway up the hill in the South-East, 200 meters above sea level and covers an area of ​​eight hectares.


This is an happy zone for grow vineyards which can produce very good grapes. The sun and its heat allows to obtain high levels of sugar and delicate aromas, essential to have good wines. The type of soil, the important difference of temperature between day and night, and the sea breezes, mark the characteristics and personality of the wines typical of the grape varieties chosen: Sangiovese, Lacrima, Montepulciano, Merlot, Petit Verdot for red wines; Chardonnay, Maceratino, Incrocio Bruni, Garofanata for white wines.
