Harvest conditions: manual harvesting,transport by boxes and manual selection of grape bunches.
Wine-making: cleaning for cold decantation and fermentation for 10 days at a controlled temperature.
Organoleptic description: straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.The primary and secondary scents put in evidence hints of peach and apricot,green apple accompanied by floral notes of hawthorn at the nose.In the mouth it’s fresh,balanced,with a moderate alcohol content,features that make it a wine to be enjoyed in youth and in the summer,it can be served as an aperitif.
Combinations: it can be combined with seafood appetizers,fried or grilled fish.It’s excellent with pasta or vegetable “risotto”.Due to its acidity can also accompany boiled meat,even with a certain quantity of fat.
