Harvest conditions: manual harvesting,transport by boxes and manual selection of grape bunches.
Wine-making: cleaning for cold decantation and fermentation for 12 days at a controlled temperature.
Organoleptic description: pale yellow colour.Intense floral notes of broom and rose with delicate fruity notes of citrus and “moscato” accompanied by hints of herbs.In the mouth we taste the freshness of this wine,with a certain persistence and a rich and pleasant aftertaste.
Combinations: in the kitchen it can be matched to fish appetizers or meat but also pasta dishes with a strong juice.Excellent on fish soup or code and potatoes.
By virtue of its flavour,it can also be combined with different types of ethnic and spicy food.
