Vineyards: Sangiovese 90% – Lacrima 10%.
Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
Number of Bottles: 6.500.

Orientation rows: south/east-north/west.
Altitude: 182m above sea level.
Terrain: hilly, medium soils tending clayey.
Density per hectare: 4000.
Rearing system: guyot.
Average yield per hectare: 80 quintals.
Soil management: natural turfing and machining.
Conduction method: conventional – integrated defense.
Harvest time: September 27, 2013, after a careful monitoring of the evolution of sugars,total acidity and pH.
Method of harvest: Bins.
Vinification: manual harvesting and manual selection in small containers, maceration on the skins for 10 days and daily punching down alternating délestage. Fermentation in steel tanks of 75 hl.
Maturation: 6 months in stainless steel.
Refinement: at least 6 months of aging in bottle.
Organoleptic description: intense ruby ​​red color. The nose is intense with delicate floral notes with hints of pink, accompanied by fruity notes reminiscent of the berries and ripe cherries. The taste is full-bodied, tannic, ready to drink. It should be enjoyed young, but it can be appreciated with a few years of age.
Food pairings: thanks to its balance, this wine lends itself to multiple combinations such as pasta with meat sauces, grilled meats or stews.
Serving temperature: 16° C.
